Heating Instructions:
- Place unopened bag of Crab Bisque in rapidly boiling water for approximately 25 minutes if thawed and for approximately 40 minutes if frozen.
- Initial temperature is best at 175ºF.
- Carefully remove bag from boiling water and shake vigorously.
- Open and pour Crab Bisque into a serving bowl or steam table.
- Recommended serving or holding temperature is 160ºF
- NOTE: You may also open bag and heat Crab Bisque in a large sauce pan.
Reheating Instructions:
- Remove unused Crab Bisque from the heat and allow it to come down to room temperature.
- Reheat the Crab Bisque the next day.
- Do not reheat Crab Bisque more than once.
Shelf Life:
- One year, or more frozen.
- Once thawed, keep it refrigerated and use within 10 days.

Crab Bisque
An original Bay Shore creation that is rich, creamy and full of real crab. Reminiscent of a delicious crab cake with a hint of Old Bay and a mild peppery finish. Wonderful by itself or as a sauce over fish, crab cakes, pasta etc. All natural with no chemical preservatives.
Ingredients:
Light cream, crab meat, tomato paste, butter, flour, ocean clam juice and spices.
